Multi Engine Rating

This Rating allows the holder to fly non-high-performance multi-engine aeroplanes as endorsed on their license. It is one of the ratings pilots pursuing a career in aviation complete early on in their training. All theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to obtain a Transport Canada Multi-Engine Rating. Students will be qualified to act as a pilot-in-command of a multiengine aircraft operating under visual flight rules.

To qualify for a Multi-Engine Rating, students must complete a minimum of 10 dual flight hours requirements set by Transport Canada. At the completion of this course (provided the other requirements are satisfied), the student will be ready to undergo the Transport Canada Multi-Engine flight test.

Graduation

Upon completion, students will receive the following:

  • Multi-Engine Rating Certificate from Insignia College
  • Transport Canada – Multi-Engine Rating

Career Opportunity after Multi-Engine Rating

  • After completing the Multi-Engine Rating program at Insignia College, you can work as a Pilot on multi-engine aircraft in Canada.
