The MLB The Show 26 May Spotlight Program wraps up its monthly content cycle with Drop 5, introducing heavy-hitting Red Diamond rewards. Dropping right alongside the 4th Inning XP Program, this final release offers plenty of high-tier additions for your Diamond Dynasty squad through the program reward path, stat-grinding missions, and standard pack pulls.

Headlining Program Rewards

Working your way through the Drop 5 program path unlocks essential free puzzle pieces for your team. Here is what you are grinding for:

  • 95 OVR Cody Bellinger (LF, Red Diamond): Unlocked at 140 program points. Once you add Belli to your squad, you will need to tally 500 Parallel XP (PXP) with him to unlock the final Program pack.

  • May Lightning Jacob Misiorowski (SP, MIL): The big prize of the month, earned by collecting the required May Spotlight Program players.

  • May Retro Lightning Fernando Tatis Jr. (SS, 96 OVR): You can secure this elite card by collecting 15 May Spotlight Pack players. The best part? This collection does not force you to lock in the rarest, most expensive pulls from the Drop 5 pack.

May Spotlight Drop 5 Pack Contents

The Drop 5 pack is available directly through the program path or can be bought for 30,000 Stubs in the Show Shop. It features 10 player items broken down into three distinct luck tiers:

Looking for a shortcut? If you want to bypass a massive chunk of the stat grind, you can attempt the Optional Extreme Moment: Third Degree Burn. It is a tough challenge, but clearing it rewards a massive +75 points toward the program.
