Venous leak, also known as venogenic erectile dysfunction, is a condition where the veins in the penis fail to properly retain blood during an erection. Normally, blood flows into the penile tissues and is trapped there to maintain firmness, but in this condition, the blood escapes too quickly through the veins, making it difficult to achieve or sustain an erection.
