Throughout my career, I have worked with leading organizations and destinations, including Disney, Wanda Themed Destinations, Kaisa Golden Bay Resort Development, Apex Parks & Entertainment Services, and destination development projects in Saudi Arabia.

I currently serve as a Customer Experience and Quality Assurance Advisor at The Diriyah Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. My work focuses on experience delivery, operational excellence, cultural understanding, and creating meaningful connections between organizations and the people they serve.
