Need a rental car for business trip to Oeiras

Got a work trip to Oeiras coming up in about a week. There's a local partner firm based there and we need to sit down for negotiations about extending our contract with them. Got some other business in Lisbon too that I need to handle while I'm out there. Flying in to deal with all this and I'm gonna need a car once I'm on the ground. Where's the best place to pick one up for something like this?
